Where we repair damage across central Oklahoma
One office on West Memorial Road, four counties, sixteen nearby cities and ten Oklahoma City neighborhoods. Each area page covers what tends to go wrong there and which services get called most.

How our coverage breaks down
Every call comes into the same 24/7 line and is dispatched from the north side. Here is how the work looks across the metro.

North side and Edmond
Our office sits on West Memorial Road, so the north side is home ground: Edmond, The Village, Nichols Hills, Gaillardia and Lakehurst are the calls we reach first. The September 24, 2024 storm that dropped 2.33 inch hail near NW 122nd Street and Pennsylvania Avenue is the kind of night that fills our board here.
West side and Canadian County
Bethany, Warr Acres, Yukon, Mustang, Piedmont and El Reno sit west and northwest of the city, along with the Lake Overholser area. This side of the metro has seen some of the worst tornado tracks on record, including the El Reno tornado of May 31, 2013.
Central Oklahoma City
The older neighborhoods near downtown, from Gatewood, Jefferson Park and Paseo to Putnam Heights, Miller, Shepherd and Belle Isle, bring plaster walls, original plumbing and older roofs into most jobs, which changes how we dry and what we can save.
South metro and Cleveland County
Moore, Norman and Newcastle carry the region's tornado history, including the May 20, 2013 EF-5 that tracked through Newcastle, south Oklahoma City and Moore. Storm and roof work dominates here, along with water damage from heavy rain.
East side and Logan County
Midwest City, Del City and Choctaw sit east of the city near Tinker Air Force Base, and Guthrie anchors Logan County to the north. Coverage ends where the drive stops being reasonable for emergency work, and we will tell you on the phone if your address is outside it.
