Water in the house, hail on the roof, smoke in the walls. We fix all of it.

When a pipe bursts or a storm opens up the roof, the first few hours decide how much of the house you keep. We answer around the clock, stop the damage that night, and stay through the last coat of paint.

How big was the hail at your house?

Tap the size closest to what you picked up. Oklahoma ranked third in the nation for homes hit by damaging hail in 2025, so this is a question most of our neighbors end up asking.

Quick answer

For water, fire, storm or mold damage in Oklahoma City, the fastest fix is a crew that stops the damage the same night and then repairs it. We answer 24/7, extract water, tarp roofs and board up openings first, then dry, document and rebuild.

Most damage jobs here start with weather: spring hail, summer downpours, a hard freeze every few winters. The rest start inside the house, with a washer hose that lets go, a kitchen fire, or a slow shower leak nobody saw until the floor went soft.

Qaysun Damage Repairs was built around that mix. The same team that runs the extraction wand also hangs the new drywall, so the person who measured the moisture in your walls is the person who decides when they are dry enough to close. You get one phone number, one schedule and one set of records for the insurance company.

How a job runs

What happens after you call us

  1. You call

A person answers, any hour. We ask what happened, where the water or damage is, and whether anyone is hurt or the power is off.

  2. We make it safe

Water extraction, roof tarps and plywood over broken openings come first, the same visit when the weather allows.

  3. Dry and document

Air movers and dehumidifiers go in, and we take moisture readings every day with photos of each room.

  4. Repair and rebuild

Once the readings say dry, we replace drywall, insulation, flooring, roofing or siding and match the finishes.

  5. Walk-through

You walk the house with us, room by room, before we call the job finished.

Why Oklahoma City houses get hit

Hail, twisters, flash floods and the odd hard freeze

National Weather Service records for Oklahoma put May at the top of the tornado calendar, with April and June next. Hail rides along with the same storms. A State Farm report ranked Oklahoma fifth in the country for hail claim payouts in 2025, and the state sits near the bottom for homeowners insurance rates, which state officials tie to weather and claim frequency.

Water is the other half of the story. Oklahoma City averages a little over 36 inches of rain a year, and it tends to arrive in bursts. The city requires new and substantially improved buildings in a floodplain to sit at least a foot above base flood elevation, and basic homeowners policies do not cover flood. Then there is cold: the last spring freeze usually lands around early April, and in February 2021 the thermometer at the airport read minus 14.

Where we work

Based on Memorial Road, working across central Oklahoma

Our office sits on West Memorial Road in north Oklahoma City, which puts Edmond, The Village, Nichols Hills and the northwest side minutes away. We cover all of Oklahoma City and the surrounding counties, from Norman and Moore in the south to Guthrie in the north and Yukon, Mustang and El Reno to the west. Each area page explains what tends to go wrong in that part of the metro.

Why homeowners call us

What you can count on when you call

A person on the phone at 2 a.m.

Storms do not keep business hours. The line is answered every hour of every day, and the answer is a plan, not a voicemail.

One company from tarp to trim

The crew that tarps your roof or pulls your wet carpet also rebuilds afterward, so nothing gets lost between contractors.

Records your adjuster can use

Daily moisture readings, dated photos and a line-item scope, kept from the first visit to the last.

Close to the north side

Our office is on W Memorial Rd, between Edmond and the rest of Oklahoma City, with the whole metro in reach.

On rebuilds we install brands homeowners already know: GAF, Owens Corning and CertainTeed shingles, James Hardie and LP SmartSide siding, USG Sheetrock, and Sherwin-Williams or Benjamin Moore paint, matched to what is already on the house.
