What we collect
This website does not use contact forms, accounts or analytics tracking. When you call us, we collect what you tell us to handle the job: your name, address, phone number and details about the damage.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your call, schedule and perform work, prepare documentation you ask for, such as photos and moisture logs for an insurance claim, and send invoices.
Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to do the work: with your insurance company or adjuster when you ask us to, with suppliers for materials, with a city office for permits, or with another local provider if your call is forwarded on a busy night. We do not sell personal information.
Phone calls
Calls may be recorded for quality and training where the law allows. If a call is forwarded, the provider who answers receives the details needed to help you.
Cookies and third parties
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. The map loads from Google Maps only when you click View map, and Google's own privacy policy applies to that content.
